02Which RTP can I set?
Anything within 50–150%. RTP is assigned to a GEO, a player segment, a single player or a game session; we send the values for each title together with the game list.
03What does integration cost?
Setup and the sandbox are free. After that you pay a tiered share of GGR — no monthly fee and no minimum payment. Terms are flexible: we will fit them to your volume and markets.
04How long does integration take?
If you run on one of the major white-label solutions, we handle the connection — no tech team needed. No ready integration? We will build one for you. Your own platform connects via API in 1–3 days.
05Do free spins and bonus buy work?
Yes. Free spins are granted in per-player packs — via API or in the control panel, and bonus rounds trigger in them as in regular play. Buy Feature and Ante Bet are available in every game that has them.
06Which currencies are supported?
Bets are accepted in your project’s currencies, with limits per game and currency. For billing, GGR in each currency is converted to the contract currency at the exchange rate.
07Can I try the games before integrating?
Yes. Send a request and we will give you access to the demo lobby with every game and to a test control panel.
08How often do new games arrive?
The catalogue grows regularly, highest-turnover games first. Need a specific title? Message us and we will tell you when it lands.
09Can we agree on custom terms?
Yes, terms are flexible. The rate, settlement currency, game set and features are agreed to fit your volume and markets — message us and we will make an offer.
10How does invoicing work?
Monthly: at the end of each period we issue a GGR report and a PDF invoice. The rate depends on the month’s GGR, and terms for large volumes are agreed individually.
11Do you work with players directly?
No. ApexSpins is a B2B game-content supplier: we do not accept bets or deposits from players. Licensing and legal compliance in launch markets are the operator’s responsibility.
